Professional round awl for leathercraft, shoemaking and general leather work.

Designed with a round, pointed blade, this awl is a versatile tool for marking, scribing and piercing leather and similar materials.

It is suitable for transferring pattern lines, marking hole positions, preparing shoe upper components, piercing small round holes and other operations where a conventional welt or diamond stitching awl is not required.

Because of its circular cross-section, the awl creates a round opening rather than the slit produced by a traditional stitching awl.
