Knife for safe trimming of soles.
A lip formed by grinding steel allows you to cut the leather very close to the top of the shoe. The blade has a special concave shape for easy sharpening. Knife comes carefully hand sharpened to a high reflective polish that is razor sharp and ready to use. The handle has a metal bolster for a long tool life.
Bochler 690 steel with a hardness of 61 hrc.
Blade thickness - 2.5mm.
Blade lenght - 40mm.
Bolster material - 4 mm thick stainless steel for beech handles and 4 mm brass for walnut and paduk handles.
